Terms of Service
1. The agreement
By creating an Azcend account you accept these terms. If you use Azcend on behalf of a gym or club, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Your account
One account per coach. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Subscription and billing
Azcend Standard is €24.99 per month or €249.90 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. The first 30 days are free, and a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first.
3a. Who you are buying from
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment is made to Lemon Squeezy, they issue the invoice and they collect and remit any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Azcend provides the Azcend service itself and is responsible for the product and your data. Billing questions can go to either of us; write to support@azcendapp.com and we will help.
4. Cancellation
Cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell the service, reverse engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use it to store sensitive medical records beyond ordinary training notes.
6. Not medical advice
Azcend is a coaching tool. Nothing in the product is medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice, and you remain responsible for the programmes you prescribe.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but may take the service down for maintenance. We may change features and, with 30 days notice, prices.
8. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. These terms are governed by the law of Albania.
