Delete your account
How to delete
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. No email request is needed and no fee applies.
What happens next
Everything goes immediately: your profile, your clients, their plans, sessions, session logs, weight history, diets, daily logs, notifications and any client photographs you uploaded. This cannot be undone and there is no recovery period, so export anything you want to keep first.
Your subscription
Deleting the account ends the subscription. Any unused portion of the current period is not refunded unless the withdrawal right applies.
What we keep
Records of payments are retained where tax law requires it. They contain billing data only — never your clients or your training content.
