Trial period
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial and you can cancel with one click before it ends.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the first paid charge for a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used in that period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, our payment provider retries over the following days. Your account stays active while it retries; if every attempt fails the subscription pauses and your data is kept safe.
Switching plans
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. When Premium launches, switching tiers will work the same way.
App Store purchases
Subscriptions are sold here, on the web, and managed here. If Apple ever bills a subscription for you, that one must be cancelled and refunded through Apple.
Invoices
Every charge produces an invoice, available in your billing history. Add a VAT number before the first charge to have it appear on all invoices.
